Warranty & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SomoGear stands behind the products it builds and sells, The warranty period is 180 days from the date of purchase.

WARN: It is a toy for Airsoft Use Only, can’t holds on firearm, we don’t give warranty if damage is mounted on a firearm. maximum holds recoil Airsoft GBB.

If a product fails, contact us and get a return shipping information, and we will pay the return freight. We may ask you to troubleshoot the items first. If can send the parts for replacement and repair, we will send it out immediately.

When emailing us about warranty issues please make sure you include your SomoGear order number so we can most effectively assist you. Please try to be as clear as possible as to what the problem is and include any pictures or videos you feel might be relevant.

Return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us through our contact form.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bonus gifts, second hands special deal items, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. If the product has been shipped out, not be able to cancel it but can initiate the return process and get the refund. (You need to pay for the shipping cost of the return).
